In the role of Salesforce Solution Architect within the Cyber Systems team you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust Salesforce capabilities to enable Acronis business users for success and maximizing our value from Salesforce’s platform. You will act as a subject matter expert for our Salesforce administrators and developers on configuration, architecture and Salesforce best practices. As part of your responsibilities you will collaborate with other internal system owners and administrators and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions across Acronis’ systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the go-to person for the feature requests and possibilities of Salesforce platform at Acronis
- Participate in requirements gathering with business users
- Prepare/review/approve solution documentation including business requirements, functional and technical designs
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solution that best leverage the Salesforce platform
- Review and guide solutions approaches proposed by Salesforce team members
- Oversee execution of solution designs given to Salesforce team members for implementation
- Work closely with various technology teams at Acronis to define and implement scalable, integrated solutions using Salesforce technologies
- Provide and lead with regard to best practices and standards on the design and development of Salesforce solutions
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for adoption within Acronis Salesforce Org
- Assist with Salesforce platform management tasks such as release review, app evaluation, data archiving, metadata backup etc.
- Establish standards, best practices and design patterns to serve as templates for the Salesforce team
- Provide oversight and mentorship to junior team members to ensure they adhere to standards and best practices
- Supervise a team of 2-3 business analysts
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 + years of enterprise Salesforce experience with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, platform configuration, architecture, and integration best practices.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including page layouts, roles, profiles, custom objects, workflow rules, Process Builder, Flow, and sharing rules.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is required.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and WLC, with some hands-on experience.
- Strong team player attitude with intellectual agility, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate concepts into successful solutions.
- Skilled in evaluating design requirements to determine the best approach using declarative tools, code, or third-party solutions.
- Capability of strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to executing tasks.
