We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources Center of Excellence team. The Compensation Consultant will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing competitive pay ranges across the globe for all departments within the Company. This role requires a deep understanding of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends to ensure our compensation programs support our business objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This is a 12-month contract position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges for all roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark salaries and ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with global, national, and local compensation regulations and labor laws
  • Lead job evaluation processes to determine appropriate pay levels for new and existing positions
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation, and provide reporting and analysis when required
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and rewards and proactively recommend improvements to our compensation programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5 years of compensation experience
  • Experience evaluating compensation programs and developing recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices
  • Fluent English both written and verbal
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
