This combined role leverages the technical acumen and customer-facing expertise of a Senior Solution Consultant with a Professional Services Consultant's strategic, project-oriented capabilities to drive impactful customer engagements and ensure successful implementations of Wrike’s solutions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lead Professional Services and Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in both our Client Success and Sales organizations, offering an exciting opportunity to work with some of the best minds in consulting. You will bring varied industry experience and work management expertise to help shape our customers' initial experiences, drive their long-term success, and position Wrike as the premier Collaborative Work Management platform.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Customer Engagements:

  • Lead individual customer engagements and participate in or lead larger global customer rollouts.
  • Undertake and deliver Wrike technical services engagements: Wrike Integrate and Wrike Analytics
  • Drive end-to-end customer onboarding, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.
  • Manage successful completion of customer engagements while achieving critical success metrics.
  • Advocate for customers and assist in prioritizing new product features.
  • Track and maintain accurate client records and key milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs before and after professional services engagements by working closely with internal cross-functional teams.

Sales and Pre-Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team with complex scoping requirements and present the value of Wrike and its professional services offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations such as marketing, partners, and product teams to create and execute programs and thought leadership.
  • Evangelize the value and benefits of Wrike products and services and conduct technical workshops and education both internally and externally.
  • Build unique and technically complete customized demos for customers, involving integrations with ERP, DAM, Financial systems, dashboards, BI functionality, and other customized features.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive solutions and Wrike’s distinct advantages.

Technical and Industry Expertise:

  • Utilize deep technical knowledge and acute business acumen to propose solutions to complex problems and drive value-based discussions in sales opportunities.
  • Hands-on integration experience using APIs between multiple systems in uni-directional and bi-directional data flow.
  • Participate in technical discussions and present complex digital transformation options and strategies.
  • Apply change management principles and provide thought leadership and knowledge of industry best practices to guide customers in complex organizations.

Mentorship and Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior members of the Wrike team.
  • Collaborate with Wrike’s Product team and other internal stakeholders to identify short-term solutions to issues/requests and influence Wrike's product roadmap.

 

You’ll achieve your best if you have:

  • Proven experience in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles.
  • Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.).
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree or work experience.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience, both as a team and solo while performing presentations to technical and business audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications and associated architecture (both cloud and on-premise deployments).
  • Experience with integration techniques and principles (on-prem and cloud-based), trigger/action orchestration, and security requirements for system integration.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Effective communication across all levels of an organization, particularly executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage difficult audiences and complex client relationships with finesse and poise.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with occasional competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: positive, engaging, friendly, empathetic, tactful, and level-headed under pressure and in difficult situations.
