Who we are looking for
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative for Cadonix in Framingham, MA. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven record in successfully implementing sales strategies. You should be determined to exceed targets and flawlessly manage key accounts. Your proven ability to collaborate inclusively and compete in a fast-paced environment will drive mutual success.
What you get to do
- Develop new business by analyzing account potential, initiating sales, and recommending new sales strategies.
- Find opportunities in accounts through studying current business, evaluating needs, and analyzing potential.
- Contribute to sales strategies by evaluating product results and monitoring competitive products.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales activity goals.
What you bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8+ years of excellent outside sales experience.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
- Proven skills in prospecting and web research.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while taking ownership of duties.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a focus on details.
- Ability to spot trends and opportunities in a high-volume environment.
