Who we are looking for

You will be integral to the Marketing team, responsible for strategy and implementation of a robust marketing tech stack, inclusive of marketing automation platforms, CRM, app integrations, CMS, and B2B marketing database management. You will work in close collaboration with the business development, sales, marketing, and digital teams to develop guidelines and successful approaches for integrating MarTech into the Re:Build ecosystem.

You should be highly meticulous, motivated, and “roll-up your sleeves” professional fluent in business-to-business digital marketing with experience optimizing processes and bringing to bear the MarTech/RevTech stack for performance and reporting. This is a very hands-on role requiring the implementation and scaling of marketing automation and integrating this with our business processes. It is a high-visibility role that impacts the entire organization.

What you get to do

Marketing Analytics Manager

  • Own campaign and digital marketing initiative optimization by providing actionable insights, campaign adjustments, and recommendations based on marketing operations strategies, processes, and database to drive quality lead identification and increase lead conversion across all channels.
  • Provide analytics and insights into campaign performance with granular linkage between campaign (or tradeshows, emails, etc.) to pipeline opportunity (in revenue dollars) reporting.
  • Improve return on investment, MQL to SQL conversion, and campaign effectiveness using marketing attribution reporting, optimizing marketing and sales efforts through data analysis, process improvement, SEO, and technology integration.
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting on data across the entire revenue organization against the business’ strategy and targets, ranging from marketing campaign outcomes to ad campaign return on investment to sales funnel metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end communication of marketing performance through HubSpot dashboards, and other data visualization tools to support marketing, sales, and leadership.

Marketing Automation Platform and CRM Owner

  • Develop guidelines and effective approaches for using HubSpot across multiple organizations, detailing these approaches and creating training materials.
  • Lead any major implementation milestones such as combining other businesses units with primary Re:Build account or syncing between other systems.
  • Maintain and improve data quality for objects in our CRM – contacts, companies, and deals through use of both automated and manual monitoring efforts.
  • Optimize lead scoring and run lead intake for demand generation activity.
  • Create workflows and maintain lists for dynamic email campaigns with personalization and dynamic content.
  • Collaborate with all Re:Build businesses to identify varying needs and figure out best way to accomplish them in HubSpot in a harmonized way.
  • Management of users and daily HubSpot requests.

Technology Stack Manager

  • Create a vision for the marketing technology roadmap, including automation capabilities, lead routing, lead processing, data enrichment, account-based management, measurement, and reporting.
  • Responsibility for testing and integrating selected technologies and establishing guidelines and standard operating procedures for digital tools.
  • Ensure seamless data integration between various data sources across the MarTech ecosystem and handle and manipulate large data sets.
  • Continuous education and evolutionary understanding of HubSpot and tech stack capabilities.
  • Complete technical website updates in WordPress VIP, including coding and technical implementation, to ensure uninterrupted functionality and performance.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a marketing revenue operations or CRM (HubSpot) management role
  • Competency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media, Automation, CRO, SEO, PLG, activation, and retention
  • Strong background of reporting on and analyzing end-to-end demand-generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue
  • HubSpot and marketing automation experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Competence implementing, configuring, and running the Google Suite of analytics tools
  • Familiarity or working knowledge of WordPress VIP
  • The ideal candidate will have familiarity with or experience in revenue generation such as DR, Sales, and Business Development motion
