What you get to do
- Address user tickets regarding user hardware, operating system, application software, network connectivity, and cloud services, triaging and escalating as appropriate.
- Conduct troubleshooting in-person and remotely.
- Develop, refine, and provide step-by-step documentation of procedures for fellow IT personnel and end users.
- Proactively ensure on-site systems are functional.
- Procure and provision computers and accounts for new users, de-provisioning and reimaging upon separation and managing computer and license inventories.
- Assist with high visibility IT project implementations.
- Gain exposure to diverse technologies and co-develop a training plan to build competency in areas of mutual interest.
What you bring to the Team
- 2+ years' experience supporting end users both in person and remote.
- Experience servicing tickets in a help desk ticketing system.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrable understanding of workstation and user technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory through professional experience, certifications, and/or personal projects.
- Experience with MacOS and Intune, preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to travel 10%.
Location Requirements
- Commuting distance to this location and willingness to work in office three days/week.
- Office: Nashua, NH - Note the office is moving to Merrimack, NH before end of 2024.
