 Digital Marketing Lead - Campaigns and Email Marketing

ABOUT Re:Car Re:Car, a subsidiary of Re:Build Manufacturing, is a new company that is exploring development in the electric vehicle space.

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Digital Marketing Lead to lead our campaigns and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, with a specific focus on email marketing. This role requires a data-driven mindset and understanding of the technical requirements of different digital platforms, and capable of leading a team for developing and implementing effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

 Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
  • Manage an ongoing content calendar and messaging hierarchy across diverse customer personas
  • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Email Marketing:

  • Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Create compelling email content and visuals in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Implement best practices for email deliverability and list management.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure and report on email marketing KPIs.

Customer Journey Mapping:

  • Develop and optimize customer journey maps, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all touchpoints.
  • Implement strategies to nurture leads and drive customer retention through email campaigns.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign expenses, providing recommendations for budget allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or equivalent role with a focus on campaign management and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Must love cars! You’ll be thinking about cars all day every day, and it’s the most fun when you love cars.

Location

Remote is acceptable, but we prefer NY Metro (able to commute to NYC if needed) or Troy, MI.

Base salary - US wide $80,949.96 to $171,399.15

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Re:Car reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.  In addition to base pay, Re:Car also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs – 401k match, annual bonus and company equity, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans, HSA/FSA.
