We are looking for Senior Account Managers to join fast paced, ambitious and boundary pushing accounts such as IKEA, Samsung and Richemont. You will be a self-starting client whisperer, who can get stuck in quickly and drive creative campaigns and projects.

Reporting directly to the Group Account Director, you will be responsible for owning and delivering CRM campaigns alongside the project management, Creative and Strategy teams, whilst constantly looking to optimize the program by working closely with the data and strategy teams.

You will need to be confident, enthusiastic, and proactive, and able to work collaboratively across the agency. You will be able to work quickly, manage multiple projects without losing your cool or passion for delivering exceptional work.

This role could be suitable for an Account Manager looking for that next step, or a new Senior Account Manager looking for a bigger challenge.

The day to day responsibilities of the role:

  • The point of contact for BAU projects for the client – covering work streams that touch multiple teams in the agency from data, strategy and creative
  • Developing robust relationships with clients and colleagues across the wider agency
  • Leading the weekly client status meetings where current and future campaigns will be discussed
  • Working in close partnership with Project Management to successfully deliver work on time and ensuring the right amount of resource is forecasted against the pipeline of work.
  • Remaining agile and adaptive in your approach to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Working with the strategy and data teams to deliver best practice strategy and ensuring this is carried through all the way to delivery
  • Reviewing the campaign performance dashboards and working alongside the data teams to provide recommendations for creative optimisations
  • Understanding what good creative looks like and ensuring it runs through everything we do

Some examples of the skills that would make you successful in this role:

  • A successful Account Manager ready to step up, or previous experience as a SAM or equivalent, ideally on a CRM or social focused account
  • Passionate about data and comfortable working with strategy, marketing sciences and other data teams to deliver exceptional work, that works
  • Excited to deliver dynamic creative work and able to harness our internal talent to optimise creative and design
  • Strategic in approach and understands the need for insights and the importance of a killer creative brief
  • Driven with a natural curiosity to approach work with a sense of adventure and imagination
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
