A Day In The Life Of Our Director of Marketing - Downstream:

  • Team Leadership and Culture Building:
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the downstream marketing team, empowering them to achieve ambitious goals and drive innovation.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability, fostering an environment where team members feel valued, inspired, and motivated.
  • Lead by example, embodying our values of integrity, innovation, and customer-centricity in every aspect of your leadership.
  • Customer Journey Management:
  • Develop and refine the customer journey, leveraging your strategic acumen to optimize engagement and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with the evolving needs and preferences of our target audience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the customer experience.
  • Brand Management and Awareness:
  • Shape and execute company and product brand strategies that elevate awareness, differentiation, and advocacy for our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen brand equity and cultivate brand champions among customers, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints, reinforcing our position as a leader in healthcare innovation.
  • Commercial and GTM Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Harness your strategic insight to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats, informing our commercial approach.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and clinical teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media, and PR:
  • Lead digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives, leveraging your expertise to amplify our brand message and engage with target audiences.
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing campaigns, exploring new channels, technologies, and strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to elevate our brand profile and thought leadership.
  • Trade Shows, Meetings, VIP Visits, Top Guns, and Other Events:
  • Develop and execute event strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Leverage your strategic perspective to identify high-impact opportunities for participation and sponsorship, aligning events with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling experiences that resonate with customers and stakeholders.
  • PAB Management:
  • Oversee the Physician Advisory Board (PAB) program, leveraging your industry expertise to cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Harness insights from PAB members to inform strategic decisions, product development initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Drive engagement and advocacy among PAB members, positioning them as ambassadors and advocates for our technology.
  • Sales Tools, Creative, and Content Development and Management:
  • Direct the development and management of sales tools, creative assets, and content resources that empower our salesforce and resonate with customers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in content development, encouraging team members to push boundaries and deliver impactful materials.
  • Ensure alignment between sales tools, creative assets, and brand messaging, reinforcing our value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Papers, Posters, and Podium Presentations:
  • Lead the strategic dissemination of scientific papers, posters, and podium presentations, leveraging your expertise to maximize impact and visibility.
  • Collaborate with clinical and research teams to identify opportunities for publication and presentation at industry conferences and symposia.
  • Elevate our scientific and clinical leadership through compelling presentations and publications that showcase our expertise and innovation.
  • Industry Partnerships and Agency Management:
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry organizations, professional associations, and thought leaders, leveraging your network to drive growth and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for collaboration and synergy with industry partners, amplifying our impact and influence.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in downstream marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and strategic innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive organizational change.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% as needed to support strategic initiatives, customer engagements, and industry events.

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.

$179,000$223,800 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
