What will you be doing?

Work with data from various sources (internal and external) to make recommendations for current talent compensation positioning, new hire salaries, etc.
Participate in global compensation surveys and analyse resulting data to determine the company’s overall competitive position as well as the competitive position for individual jobs and develop pay ranges
Assess market data and global compensation trends and make recommendations for new/ campus hire salaries, promotional increases, global transfer assignments, market adjustments across geographies.  
Support the team in developing cash and equity budgets in line with organization costs and business results while participating in the annual review cycle.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and business leaders; partner in resolving talent concerns, creating awareness on rewards programs and create solutions to solve for business problems.
Conduct analysis and build people cost models to support Business and Finance teams in creating measures and models to assess productivity for business ROI
Support team in managing company’s stock plan; design ranges, monitor stock pool availability, prepare numbers for allocation
Support the HR Systems team to design and implement key integrations impacting rewards programs
Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing activities, plans and programs with internal or external stakeholders.
Conduct regular quality audits (processes, data quality etc.) on reward programs & suggest ways to enhance speed and efficiency in delivery of rewards

4 –6 Years of compensation experience in IT/ Product/ Tech space or experience with consulting firms across industries. (Familiarity with the Radford and Mercer framework and experience of handling global compensation is a plus)
