Position Overview 

As a key part of the InMobi Pulse, you will be required to partner with the InMobi Senior Leadership to grow the business globally and manage the delivery and operations end to end. The primary responsibilities are to oversee a specific % of revenue growth on a yearly basis; build strong client relationships and make a visible difference to the client business. The role would require you to lead your customer success pod to handle global clients across different sectors. You would also need to work closely with the InMobi product team to adopt the latest technologies and constantly develop innovative research solutions. 

Key Outcomes:  

  • Business Leadership - Manage existing relationships with clients in the market research discipline and handle the entire PnL for your accounts 
  • Lead accounts and manage the team (both research and operations) to ensure we deliver on all account deliverables while working to an agreed budget and course correct where required 
  • Work with the sales team as a sales specialist to pitch the research solution to new clients and upsell more solutions to the existing clients - Drive new client conversations, pitch InMobi Pulse solutions and bring new clients onboard 
  • Maximise individual and team performance and efficiency through effective people management 
  • Streamline operations for the entire process and ensure low SLAs for client deliverables 
  • Establish InMobi Pulse as a market leader in the market research space globally  
  • If the candidate is based outside of Bangalore, she/he will be required to travel to Bangalore for short period every quarter for face time with the team 

 

Required Skills: 

  • 7+ years’ experience interfacing with clients to proactively deliver agreed upon KPI's 
  • Proven ability to analyse data and bring out powerful insights from the data 
  • Preferred prior experience in advertising, advertising testing, brand health tracking and other marketing research techniques; keen ability to recognize and articulate the story 
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with technology 
  • Innovation: orientation to explore new, breakthrough solutions in the market research space 
  • Bachelors’ degree required, Masters’ Degree preferred
