The Challenge:

All administrative aspects of the InMobi Japan offices admin, accounting/ HR and marketing support

Key Responsibilities

 Identify ways to bring order and efficiency to a complex global business
 Provide seamless administrative support for daily office working - purchase : business card,
office supplies, IT equipment, electronics, furniture, etc
 Help implement best practice for HR and health and safety policies – new joiners joining process
support / resignees exit process support/ recruiting support with recruiting team / sales / operation
Arranging company event / employee business trip support- VISA issue/ guide travel expense/
support Japan office visitors : helping to book the hotel or residence, arrange annual health check
for employees, etc
 Supporting operation daily report updates – data downloading and updating the sheet
 Prepare monthly general payment, petty cash, employee expense or spot payment
 Supporting monthly finance invoice data updates with finance / delivery team.
 Supporting marketing, some localization works /several social media posting in Japan and
coordinate marketing event with several stakeholders, helping any marketing related activities
such as website renovation, translation, market research, etc.
 Supporting talent acquisition activities, communicate in Linked in, Interview arrangement, and
contact with candidates through e-mail or phone
