What You’ll Do
As Head of Performance Sales, EU, you will be based in our London office and report directly to the Commercial Director of EMEA. You will be responsible for driving In-App performance sales from both an existing portfolio of performance agencies and brands as well as developing and executing a new business strategy. You will also participate in and actively shape InMobi EMEA’s Performance Sales Strategy, go-to-market and execution plan.
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies
- Identify, develop and build new relationships with Performance customers, partners and agencies to ensure long term success for InMobi
- Leverage both your existing and build new C-Level relationships in Europe
- Achieve quarterly revenue and monetization targets
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet the needs of buyers and demand sources
- Execute app performance partnerships including app download and app remarketing campaigns
- Up-sell / cross-sell customers, partners & agencies to all relevant InMobi platform offerings including the InMobi app performance DSP
- Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations, etc.) to help meet your client’s needs
- Build and execute a long term plan to grow InMobi’s EU Performance business
- 7+ years of experience in the UK / European digital performance industry. Exposure to mobile advertising preferred.
- A strong and verified experience of hunting new business
- Strong network of Mid-Level and C-level relationships across performance agencies and advertisers in the UK, with the same in EU an added benefit
- Proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closures and exceed revenue targets
- Experience and ability to identify, build and close strategic trading relationships with agencies and partners
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the in-app performance ecosystem including affiliate marketing, gaming & non-gaming, MTAP & programmatic buying
- High-energy, passionate self-starter who has the ability to build a business with autonomy in a high-growth start-up environment
- Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
