Overview:

As a Trust and Safety Associate, you will be pivotal in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our gaming community. You will assist in monitoring and managing user-generated content, addressing safety concerns, and supporting the implementation of policies designed to protect users and maintain a positive gaming experience. This role involves working closely with various teams to identify potential risks, respond to incidents, and contribute to enhancing our safety protocols.

What You Will Do:

  • Incident Management: Assist in responding to user reports, managing safety incidents, and implementing appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe gaming environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the enforcement of trust and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain community standards and user protection.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to user behavior and safety incidents to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements to safety measures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer support and product management, to address safety issues and ensure cohesive implementation of safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Politics, Law, or a related field preferred.
  • Passion for Gaming: A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with various game genres and platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail, capable of identifying patterns and potential risks.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing issues and finding solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
