What You Will Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of gaming content creators to enhance content quantity, quality, and diversity for HoYoverse games.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with creators and serve as the point of contact for all business-related queries, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Implement a creator strategy covering recruitment, onboarding, incentives, and retention. Develop and deliver educational materials.Implement gaming content and creator programs that leverage creators' strengths and align with the overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives, programs, and events, including testing new localized opportunities to increase engagement for all creators-related activities and gaming content growth.
  • Monitor and report on creator campaigns, analyze metrics, and provide insights for future activations. Manage the creator's day-to-day tasks such as campaign activations, relationship maintenance, and problem-solving in a timely manner.
  • Implement content guidelines to ensure brand loyalty and safety within the creator community.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a database of content creators for HoYoverse. 
  • Stay updated on the gaming landscape, drive initiatives to support creators, and provide diverse local content for players.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Passionate HoYoverse gamer and fan (must-have).
  • Good understanding of the North American gaming content landscape.
  • Believe in User Generated Content and Creator Economy.
  • Proactive ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition funnel: identity, pitch, acquisition, retention, and incentive.
  • Possesses strong collaboration skills and is able to work in a dynamic and multi-language environment. Experience with cross-timezone communication as this role requires close XFN collaboration with various HoYoverse teams globally.
  • Outstanding skills in communication, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and player community, and deliver daily support with a strong player-driven mindset.
  • Project management and campaign reporting skills.

Pluses:

  • Strong network among anime fans, gamers, and gaming content creators
  • Proficiency in at least one social media platform: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, X, or Reddit
  • Business fluency in Spanish or Germany
  • Experience in content creation

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $66,000 to $82,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
