About the Opportunity:

This is a key position within our Inside Sales team given that it serves two main purposes:

1) To be in the front-line of the member renewals process. This client-facing role will assist in driving revenue by facilitating dedicated commitments and month-to-month renewals. This individual will work within the Inside Sales - Renewals team to achieve both personal and team member retention goals for their assigned Territory or Region.

2) To be responsible for qualifying, pitching, and closing sales in WeWork buildings across a portfolio of consumer-sized companies over the phone or virtually. This driven and self-motivated individual will collaborate closely with our Community Teams in order to increase building occupancy across the region while creating a great prospective member experience.

As a successful Inside Sales, Account Executive you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work cross-functionally to find the optimal solution for members

  • Nurture, develop, and close renewal opportunities in a fast-paced environment

  • Own the renewals process: selling, negotiating and closing new commitment terms

  • Manage a full cycle sales pipeline for up to 4 Work Units (WUs) within the region

  • Serve as the central point-of-contact for prospective member throughout their buyer journey

Day to day responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Partner with Building and Community Teams to ensure the successful placement of new members

  • Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data for reporting and forecasting purposes

  • Execute strategy and process implemented by Sales leaders, Marketing and Sales Operations

  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and optimally communicate our value proposition to members

  • Take ownership of individual and team critical metrics to maintain high activity and meet daily targets

  • Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience

About You - We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian and German

  • Demonstrable experience in succeeding in fast-paced, KPI driven sales environment

  • 12+ months of professional experience in sales, account management, renewals or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating, renewing and closing sales

  • Excellent experience in customer service and relationship building

  • Experience of selling office space will be high desirable (broker experience)

  • Experience in and are comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience (highly desirable)

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
