About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our fast growing All Access and Workplace sales organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of our digital products and conveying their value to potential clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with WeWork sales teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical sales support, and scale All Access and Workplace accounts.

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and relevant use cases. 

  • Familiarity with WeWork Product roadmaps and focuses on selling ‘what we do have first’ instead of ‘custom first’

  • Establish customer rapport and gain trust 

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to report out customer requirements to internal Product/Tech stakeholders

  • Serve as the primary Sales liaison with the Product organization, providing consistent customer feedback to enhance the All Access & Workplace products.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product and Enablement team to develop updated content, training, and enablement resources for the Access & Workplace products..

  • Participate in strategic projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred.

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in software sales.

  • Strong understanding of software systems and technical products.

  • Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way to internal and client-side stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including content management systems and collaboration tools preferred.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, constantly changing environment with exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis.

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience highly desirable.

  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay and Incentive Compensation: $152,000 - $203,000 annual salary, plus variable incentive pay with on target earnings of $190,000 - $254,000.

WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role which sets forth the terms of the variable incentive pay and target earnings described above. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
