About The Opportunity

 WeWork is seeking a vibrant, talented and proactive member to join our International Sales Enablement Team supporting the EMEA Sales Teams, based in our London HQ. Reporting to the International Sales Enablement Manager, your team will own local efforts focused on coaching, consulting, coordinating, creating, facilitating, measuring and managing our world-class sales training and enablement initiatives. This role is instrumental in ensuring all our different sales teams ramp up effectively and perform optimally at all stages of the sales process.

This individual will thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment, have strong organisational agility and be comfortable managing shifting priorities, organizational change, and multiple stakeholders. Training and delivery experience are preferred.  

In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner with EMEA sellers + leaders on strategic enablement initiatives to drive revenue across the region based on sales priorities, business needs, and industry trends.

  • Deliver and execute local onboarding and primary sales training and enablement programs to scale basic sales knowledge across the region, localizing for market nuances.

  • Own the coordination, communication and administration of all local enablement programs. 

  • Design and develop content for team initiatives on various local and/or global projects. 

  • Create e-learning, video, audio and ILT content and updating our LMS.

  • Liaise with key partners, including sales operations, marketing, product, tech and other cross-functional teams to leverage synergies in resources and training programs.

  • Serve as a sales coach for leaders within the sales organisation.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and enablement solutions, measure return on investment and impact on business readiness.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 2-years experience working in L&D, training/enablement, sales, or sales performance roles supporting a B2B sales organization (program delivery experience preferred).

  • Experience working in a multi-team sales organisation, managing stakeholder relationships. 

  • Have experience with creating and delivering high-quality programs and supporting materials.

  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated self-confidence, business acumen, and an interest in presenting to large groups.

  • Impeccable attention to detail, project management skills and organisational skills. sales experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated capability to present information  clearly in an engaging manner (through client work, internal training, etc.) 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, specifically related to office space.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning and behavioural change theory and models.

  • Experience acting as a coach or consultant in a business setting, sales coaching preferred. 

  • Experience with creating engaging multimedia content.

  • Interest in emerging sales engagement tools and AI.
