Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for driving and maintaining new business sales opportunities and profitable revenue growth from new strategic business customers in line with the Leaseweb sales strategy and customer classification. You will manage all on boarded accounts as well as some current transactional accounts. This is an opportunity to really count and become part of a growing team where every voice counts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of Leaseweb IaaS solutions, focusing on new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and manage client relationships.
- Identify customer needs, shape value propositions, and close deals.
- Maintain quality throughout the sales process and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Proactively generate and close new business through networking and lead generation.
- Responsible for full sales cycle from identifying to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (for example Customer Success Team, Provisioning, Pre-Sales, Product Management) to achieve results.
Requirements:
- Direct sales experience in selling IaaS solution.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships and market research.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Track record of negotiating complex deals.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/CloudStack), network (Cisco/Juniper routing, switching, VPN, load balancing, firewalling), and server (Dell, HP, IBM) technologies.
- A demonstrated passion for staying up to date with industry trends and competitive landscapes through continuous market research.
