We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the technical aspects of commercial projects involving multiple global entities. You will work closely with customers to qualify and quantify their requirements, gaining a deep understanding of their underlying business goals. You will translate these needs into suitable solutions, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the technical components of complex commercial projects across multiple global Leaseweb entities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their commercial, business and technical objectives, qualify and quantify their requirements, and design suitable solutions using our standard services.
  • Analyze and understand competing services, providing technical insights to support sales strategies and effectively positioning our solutions against competitors.
  • Support presales activities, including proposal generation, solution positioning, and offer development.
  • Provide product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations for existing and prospective customers, highlighting the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Participate in relationship-building and retention activities, fostering long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist management in identifying and analyzing potential partner opportunities to expand our service offerings.
  • Promote the services and technical capabilities of Leaseweb through publications, including blogs, whitepapers, and other technical materials.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong track record of managing and coordinating technical aspects of global commercial projects.
  • Deep understanding of customer requirements and the ability to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technological environment, with the ability to thrive in a global setting.
  • Knowledge of competing services and the ability to technically sell against them.
  • Strong support experience in presales activities, proposal generation, and solution positioning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
