**This is an on-site position at our new Ellenwood, GA Fulfillment Center**
Job Summary:
The IT Fulfillment Center Supervisor will assist in providing leadership and direction in the iHerb Fulfillment Center. This position also contributes to the overall success of iHerb by performing duties which are in line with the strategic and tactical direction established for the B2C fulfillment center.
Job Expectations:

Plans, schedules, supervises and coordinates activities to meet operational requirements and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy

Holds warehouse team members accountable for achieving daily and weekly operational plans
-
Monitors and manages all aspects of warehouse team member performance to include administering progressive discipline in accordance with company policies

Provides clear direction to the warehouse team members to ensure daily key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved

Monitors and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with OSHA, cGMP regulations and the high standards of iHerb

Assists in ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained across the operation to achieve the most efficient productivity

Provided support to the end-user with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and back office software solutions

Continually strives to identify and introduce process improvement within all areas of the fulfillment center

Orders departmental supplies as needed

Issues written and oral instructions
-
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of team members

Maintains harmony among team members and resolves grievances
-
Contains and/or reduces cost and drives productivity within the department

Manages workflow to meet planned department productivity standards

Trains new or newly assigned team members in the proper methods and standard operating procedures of a job function

Completes special projects as determined

Required:

Experiencing working in a fast paced warehouse 24/7 environment

Experience with enterprise desktop deployments and management, including application package development and enterprise system refreshes

Equipment Knowledge:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Generally, requires five (5) to seven (7) years in a warehouse or production environment and/or four (4) years in warehouse management position.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. The Team Member is frequently required to sit, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day. The Team Member may occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques required.
