Job Summary: iHerb is embarking on a strategic initiative to enhance our operational efficiency through the integrations of SAP solutions. We are looking to implement SAP’s Order to Cash (OTC) solutions to streamline sales, billing and revenue management processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. This role will have responsibility for delivering mid to large scale SAP implementation initiatives for iHerb. 

Job Expectations:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP O2C implementation strategy that aligns with iHerb’s business objectives and IT Estate modernization goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post Go-Live support, ideally through applying PMI methodology
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with Business, IT and SI partner, ensuring clear communication, risk evaluation, expectation settings, and alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Discover and analyze requirements for fit-for-purpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate
  • Oversee the project budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure business readiness, smooth adoption and minimize disruption to the business
  • Dive into the details of specific needs of each work stream to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Provide techno-functional oversight for integration of O2C processes during S/4 implementation 
  • Think locally, globally and cross-functionally in order to identify project dependencies and its impact on SCM related upstream and downstream processes, primarily related to SAP, WMS, TM and other third party systems in general
  • Proven success working in a matrix organization with technical, non-technical teams and SI partners.
  • Define and implement best practices around quantitative and qualitative reporting such as: velocity, status updates, progress/percent complete.

 

  • Define and implement best practices around waterfall and agile methodologies to enable continuous delivery of value.
  • Finalize all activities across the programs to formally close and hand over the project, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained and stored appropriately as per compliance and IT audit requirements
  • High-level knowledge of SAP ERP landscape and architecture in terms of inbound/outbound SCM processes, interfaces, iPaaS, middleware integration and data flows between E-commerce portal, SAP, WMS and TM systems
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Google Workspace, diagramming tools (e.g. LucidChart/LucidSpark).
  • Responsible for quarterly and longer term roadmapping utilizing tools such as Jira Plans (formerly known as Advanced Roadmaps)
  • Ability to discuss and facilitate technical issues with software developers and business stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

   Required:

  • 10-12 years years of professional S/4 HANA Program Management experience preferably in using SAP Activate Agile methodology
  • Experience developing and delivering on program milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs and competing priorities in an ever changing environment.
  • End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems on hand from O2C perspective
  • Ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity. 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and simultaneously in both tactical and strategic modes.
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
  • Action and results oriented mentality and ability to problem-solve using creative thinking and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and ability of negotiating & prioritizing changes from end users
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously using data to guide decisions.
  • Well versed with handling all sorts of project impediments and blockers
  • Change management skills of influencing network of stakeholders
     

Experience Requirements:

  • Generally requires 10-12 years of experience in program management in a fast-moving environment
  • PMP And/Or Agile Certifications preferred

 Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
