Job Summary:
iHerb is searching for an experienced, self-motivated Global Social Media Manager to re-imagine our social media strategy and social shopping capabilities. The position reports to the Director of Brand and Content and is seeking a social media maven with a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies who can work cross functionally to support multiple business objectives. As a leading health and wellness eCommerce retailer, our aim is to empower our customers to make healthier choices and enrich their lives through quality health and wellness products.
Job Expectations:
- Developing and implementing iHerb’s global social media strategy
- Collaborating with our marketplace team to accelerate TikTok and Meta shopping growth
- Owning and managing the social media campaign planning, content calendar, and platform-specific activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams at iHerb to design and execute market-specific campaigns
- Managing relationships with multiple global external social media agencies and partners
- Ensuring brand messaging is consistent throughout all social media channels
- Evaluating emerging social media tools for potential incorporation into iHerb’s business, marketing, and public relations strategies
- Serving as an internal champion for social media, advising on policy matters and ensuring employee practices align with guidelines
- Staying up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms that could present new opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Strong understanding of social monitoring and reporting tools space, such as Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social, and Bazaarvoice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Equipment Knowledge:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
- Advanced of knowledge of Google products, Google Drive and project management tools such as Asana
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of 4-6 years' experience, preferably in a mid-to-large scale eCommerce company or marketing agency managing similar-sized campaigns
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
