THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Process Sr. Manager to our Business Transformation team in Brazil!

This role is to join the Global Business Transformation team, which is responsible for leading a major cross-function change initiative within Gympass. As a Sr Process Manager, you will be expected to map, organize and improve our internal processes, manage cross-functional initiatives as well as lead a team of process improvement experts. The position will work closely with other leaders to refine and improve our processes globally, seeking efficiency opportunities and strengthening our customer support strategy. YOUR IMPACT

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our team of process improvement specialists, providing coaching, guidance and ensuring continuous development of the team.
  • As a process expert, you will be responsible for driving in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing changes to leverage productivity and quality of our operations.
  • Drive positive engagement with cross-functional groups to implement actions to map and improve our end to end customer journey processes.
  • Establish processes and tools used to collect and measure relevant data, define relevant KPIs and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions.
  • Provides documentation and tools to support the adoption of new business processes.
  • Spread a culture of continuous improvement, engaging different stakeholders to become “change agents” seeking for business excellence.

 WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant previous experience in business Process Management;
  • Proven people management skills;
  • Enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders;
  • Ability to structure problems, execute high-quality analysis, extract insights, and make recommendations;
  • A true team player able to influences people in the pursuit of problem resolution and continuous improvements;
  • Results oriented, strong analytical skills with attention to details;
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and able to find direction within it;
  • Advanced/Fluent English skills is a must.

If you also have some of the following topics you may stand out from the crowd:

  • Customer Experience processes improvements and projects is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvements certification is a plus.
