We are hiring a Business Process Sr. Manager to our Business Transformation team in Brazil!

This role is to join the Global Business Transformation team, which is responsible for leading a major cross-function change initiative within Gympass. As a Sr Process Manager, you will be expected to map, organize and improve our internal processes, manage cross-functional initiatives as well as lead a team of process improvement experts. The position will work closely with other leaders to refine and improve our processes globally, seeking efficiency opportunities and strengthening our customer support strategy.   • We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our team of process improvement specialists, providing coaching, guidance and ensuring continuous development of the team.
  • As a process expert, you will be responsible for driving in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing changes to leverage productivity and quality of our operations.
  • Drive positive engagement with cross-functional groups to implement actions to map and improve our end to end customer journey processes.
  • Establish processes and tools used to collect and measure relevant data, define relevant KPIs and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions.
  • Provides documentation and tools to support the adoption of new business processes.
  • Spread a culture of continuous improvement, engaging different stakeholders to become “change agents” seeking for business excellence.


  • Relevant previous experience in business Process Management;
  • Proven people management skills;
  • Enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders;
  • Ability to structure problems, execute high-quality analysis, extract insights, and make recommendations;
  • A true team player able to influences people in the pursuit of problem resolution and continuous improvements;
  • Results oriented, strong analytical skills with attention to details;
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and able to find direction within it;
  • Advanced/Fluent English skills is a must.

If you also have some of the following topics you may stand out from the crowd:

  • Customer Experience processes improvements and projects is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvements certification is a plus.
