How you’ll be contributing to Accurx as Senior Product Marketing Manager…

Coordinating patient care in the NHS involves many professionals, but outdated systems and siloed communication has made this a challenge for decades. As Senior Product Marketing Manager you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the core of Accurx’s mission - to become the system-wide communication channel for the NHS and to in turn make patients healthier and healthcare staff happier.

Today, 98% of GP practices and 68% of NHS trusts use Accurx’s software to communicate with each other and 60 million patients. But we’re just getting started. We have ambitious plans and are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to strengthen our position in existing markets and expand into new areas, solving even more challenges across the healthcare system.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the Product Marketing function, while driving our go-to-market and product adoption strategies.

Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝…

  • Market and product understanding: You will develop a deep understanding of our markets, users, buyers, and products through qualitative and quantitative insights from research, competitive intelligence, product data, and user feedback.
  • Positioning and messaging: Using your market and product understanding, you'll craft and guide others in developing powerful, persona-specific messaging and positioning for new and existing products. This will support broader go-to-market efforts, including marketing and sales enablement.
  • Product marketing strategy and execution: You will own and execute Accurx’s product marketing strategy, plan and lead successful product launches, and drive the adoption of existing products across all stages of the user journey. As Accurx scales, you’ll have the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing product marketing team to support these initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll collaborate closely with the Product, GTM, and Data teams to streamline processes, prioritise product launches, and ensure effective communication with our user base. You’ll translate technical features into clear, user- and customer-focused benefits.
  • Performance and optimisation: You’ll define KPIs to measure product marketing success, analyse performance data and establish processes to capture insights. Using these learnings, you’ll refine strategies and report progress to key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Voice of the customer: You’ll be a key advocate within the business, championing user needs and ensuring they are at the forefront of decision-making across product and marketing strategies.
