How you'll be contributing to Accurx as an Operations Manager...
For decades, health systems have been striving to solve integration between services, such as GP practices and hospitals. Siloed and clunky systems, as well as unclear responsibilities between care settings has hampered progress here, but this remains a core and uncontroversial part of our vision - that everyone involved in a patient’s care can communicate with each other. We’ve achieved 98% adoption in GP practices and ever increasing growth in hospitals but we’re now looking for an Operations Manager to help us embed our software even further amongst teams, and to support us in connecting these key care settings together.
As a communication platform, we are only as powerful as our network, so your role will be to support healthcare providers across the country to communicate with other care providers and strengthen our network. As a result, you’ll be leading extensive behavioural change, change management and transformation projects to help achieve our vision. You’ll work closely with services and senior teams in a variety of healthcare settings to contribute to more efficient and productive patient pathways, helping us to identify key communication needs that Accurx can support, taking an experimental approach, and using inputs from data and user-feedback to grow and encourage these networks to flourish.
Your day to day tasks, if you choose to accept this mission 🤝...
- Independently scope, manage and deliver end-to-end, high-value projects of work that span multiple cycles.
- Approach projects with a growth mindset, and an iterative/experimental attitude.
- Build strong, productive relationships both with internal Accufolk and external stakeholders, such that you become an influential and trusted adviser/thought partner.
- Analyse trust performance datasets and Accurx usage data to drive insights and help to set upcoming priorities and next steps.
- Gather feedback and learnings from users, prioritise these and use this to influence product decisions and roadmaps.
- Run change management initiatives with Acute or Community Trusts and services on the ground to embed digital ways of working.
- Collaborate with multiple internal functions such as Clinical, Business Development, product teams, and Customer Success to drive pilots and Trust relationships forward.
- Be an enthusiastic and supportive member of the wider Ops team.

- You’re an exceptional communicator, tailoring the level of detail to the person you’re talking to - this ranges from our most senior buyers, to the doctors, nurses and administrators who use our products on a daily basis, and all of the Accurx folk from the top of the business to individuals delivering the work.
- You're confident working with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets. Ideally you also have some experience with SQL & BI tools like PowerBI/ Tableau/ MixPanel (or you’ve built loads of dashboards in Excel or similar products).
