2K’s Partnerships Team works across several disciplines to lead our partnerships with PC-focused partners like Steam, Epic Games Store and Nvidia to drive successful title go-to-market and publishing, develop and lead new partnerships and brand integrations, and work cross-functionally to architect large-scale consumer marketing programs. What We Need
We are seeking an extremely organized and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with our PC and streaming platform partners (i.e. Valve, Epic, Windows Games Store, and Amazon Luna) as well as PC hardware manufacturers (i.e. Intel, Nvidia and AMD) to be a key leader in the full lifecycle management of 2K’s full catalog. The ideal candidate should have a mix of both technical and people skills, while being highly cross-functional, excellent at partner relations, and experienced with both long-term project planning and day-to-day execution. This role will require you to embrace a constantly changing environment, while multitasking on multiple high-level projects at once and remaining cool, calm and collected.
What We Need
- Lead the day-to-day business operations with our PC partners, building strong working relationships with their account leads and working cross-functionally across the company to lead full lifecycle management of a wide variety of games and content
- Partner with internal teams to lead negotiations on incremental revenue and co-marketing partnerships with PC hardware partners
- Partner with the Global Services Technology team to serve as an SME across the org on Steamworks and EGS best practices
- Manage inquiries from a wide range of internal partners, ensuring internal technical and business needs are met across the organization
- Build and manage process and strategy (including robust documentation) for go-to-market activities across titles and platforms
- Be the PC platform and hardware subject matter expert. Understand all aspects of platform relevant features, hardware requirements, technical guidelines, and other policies to help educate and support internal teams on potential impacts and implications
- Evaluate, evangelize, and execute on new growth initiatives and technologies created and offered by platform and hardware partners
- Leverage relevant company, game and/or product data to develop recommendations for new product features or changes on first party platforms
- Collaborate with First Party Partnerships team and global stakeholders up to date on release schedules and upcoming initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to offer consistency and efficiency across all 2K titles
What Will Make You A Great Fit
We’re looking for someone with operational experience in the PC gaming space who has a business-focused mindset, pays attention to the details, can build effective working relationships with all types of people and gets the job done on time.
- 4-6 years of project/product management, production experience and/or operations experience with tangible go-to-market results
- Experience leading time-sensitive projects in a highly matrixed and cross-functional organization, working with a wide range of internal and external partners of varying seniority and technical expertise
- Passion for PC gaming, game development and the PC hardware market
- Ability to communicate effectively, with strong oral and written skills
- Disciplined and organized, with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with core project management principles a plus
- Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment
- Team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work with multiple clients simultaneously and effectively

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,100 and $135,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
