What We Need:

2K is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Singapore for our flagship PC & Console Titles. The role will focus primarily on NBA & Sports titles but could also include work from across our core and FTP portfolio, with projects allocated based on launch cycles and team capacity.

The ideal candidate has a strategic approach and a proven ability to implement marketing campaigns. A passion for video games, and a strong experience in the Asia market is necessary to be successful in this role. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of meeting sales and business objectives through rolling out effective GTM and consumer marketing initiatives through the development and execution of comprehensive strategies and campaigns to drive market share and revenue growth across Asia markets for assigned titles. 

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy

  • Identify cultural events and insights to help build strategies for Asia to maximise commercial opportunities and local relevance throughout the region

  • Work with the Marketing, Commercial, and Sales to ensure all growth market opportunities are considered

Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with respective Business Unit cross-functional teams to align regional campaigns in accordance to global campaign strategies

  • Budget planning and management including PO raising

  • Brief agencies and help develop paid and organic planning including media, local partnerships and events

  • Collaborate with PR and Influencer agencies and teams to pull a comprehensive campaign together

  • Campaign performance reporting throughout campaigns

Executional Excellence

  • Ensure excellence in all aspects of the campaign delivery

  • Track timing and delivery of campaign, and escalate any concerns

  • Detail-oriented and systematic approach in the execution and evaluation of marketing activations

Stakeholder Management And Communication

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders inclusive of Global cross-functional teams, and regional Commercial, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment and support for regional initiatives and to achieve business goals

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the marketing industry in Sports, FMCG, entertainment marketing or consumer lifestyle brands. Game industry experience is a strong bonus. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a higher-level role.

  • Careful, detailed with a proven track record to execute in potentially diverse situations

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and conceptual thinking skills

  • Strong understanding of regional customer and market dynamics and requirements.

  • A good understanding of game publishing models an appreciation of product and player first marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
