We hire graduates who either excel in or show a natural inclination for analytical thinking, and our hiring decision is primarily based on a test that examines three essential qualities:

What Makes Our Grad Program So Great? 

Prepare to embark on an exhilarating journey with our renowned Grad Program. At 2K Games, we understand the importance of nurturing talent, and that's why our Grad Program is a game-changer (pun intended!). With a jam-packed 21-month program, you'll dive headfirst into an adventure that kicks off after initial training.  The initial onboarding & training gets everyone to the same level with specific skills to set you up for success.  The foundation training takes place in Dublin, Ireland, so you’ll need to be willing & eligible to travel to Dublin for 10 weeks from mid-July 2025.

Then the excitement truly begins when you start to explore various facets of the gaming industry and discover where your true passions lie.

Publishing: Beyond Books and Into the Gaming World

Let's debunk a common misconception together. Publishing isn't limited to books alone—it encompasses so much more! In our vibrant world, publishing extends to everything beyond game development. Picture yourself managing advertising, both externally and within our games, coordinating budget spend, delving into marketing technology, shaping live services within the games, spearheading growth initiatives, unraveling player insights and analytics, crafting global marketing strategies, and implementing go-to-market plans. These exhilarating rotations are just a taste of what our Grad Program has to offer.

What Will I Be Doing?

Our graduate program will begin in July 2025 and it is a 21-month program.

Our graduate program offers a fantastic opportunity for you to embark on a rotation-based journey. You'll have the chance to experience different areas of our business in Dublin, as well as the possibility of a rotation in one of our international offices. This program is all about empowering you to shape your own graduate experience, as we match your learning goals with our business needs.

We have an array of teams eager to help our talented grads develop new skills and thrive. Our ultimate goal is to equip every graduate with three essential skill sets: analytical, technical, and commercial. While not everyone possesses all three initially, we believe these skills are crucial for success in 2K. Now, let's talk about the perks! As a valued member of our Grad program, you'll enjoy a starting salary of $85,000, with salary reviews during the course of the program. But that's not all—we offer an array of benefits and perks to make your experience even more rewarding. 

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be $85,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

What Happens After the Grad Program?

After 21 months of our program, our talented graduates have the opportunity to specialize and apply to specific permanent roles within our business. Whether you choose to work in digital marketing or explore exciting avenues like marketing technology or analytical teams, the possibilities are vast.

By that point, you will have received comprehensive training in a range of essential skills. From mastering advanced Excel to our unique approach to work and project management, you'll be equipped with a well-rounded skill set. This ensures that you'll be well-prepared to tackle any e-commerce role and thrive in it.
