WeWork is seeking a Market Sales Account Executive to help lead its sales efforts in the Mexican market. This full-time position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in Mexico City and will be part of our growing Sales division.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending possible New Members (PNM) Through tours previously qualified.
  • Pipe Management and forecasting in order to increase close won probabilities
  • Negotiation with PNM
  • Focus on conversion rate with a 30% target
  • Focus on weekly and monthly achievement

  • High verbal and non verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork is a MUST
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Consultive sales skills
  • Time management and ability to work and close deals fast
  • Prospecting skill is a plus
  • High organizational and methodological way of working

Qualifications / Experience:

2-3 years of sales experience, experience with Salesforce is a plus, experience in Commercial real estate sales is a plus.

Business development experience a plus, ability to establish and cultivate C-level relationships and penetrate new accounts.

Top performer with proven results of achievements (Individual sales quota)

  • College/University graduate with 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent English skills.
