SENIOR WORKDAY INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

About the Role

The Integration Senior Developer for Workday Financials will be responsible for the implementation of Workday integration systems pertaining to financial data. An ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3 years of implementation experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Workday’s Financial modules and data structure. Candidate will be expected to produce both scalable and efficient solutions that can grow with the business, and to demonstrate a strong sense of self-sufficiency in their development skills. The ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical design and cross-functional impacts to business users is key. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Development of high quality Workday integration systems that are both scalable and global at their core;

  • Consideration of cross-functional and regional impacts within technical design alongside architects on the team;

  • Clear documentation of integration design, easily decipherable by end-users, with any and all risks noted;

  • Partnership with business users to ensure all use cases are accounted for during the implementation, and proper sign-off is received before migration to Production environments;

  • Understanding of WeWork company policies surrounding data governance and security.

Requirements

  • Must be a proficient user of Workday’s technology stack (Custom Reports, EIBs, Workday Studio, Document Transformation, etc.);

  • Expert in Workday’s Financial modules and integration systems;

  • Minimum of 3 years of Workday integration system implementations;

  • Workday Integrations Certification (current or expired) is required;

  • Proficiency in XSLT, SOAP, and REST is required;

  • Experience with relevant languages and web services (e.g. XML, JSON, etc.);

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills;

  • Experience using GitHub/GitKraken is a plus.

  • MuleSoft experience is a plus.
