We are seeking an experienced VP, HR in New York to lead the HR team for the Americas and Global GTM organization, supporting the CRO. This leader will report to our Chief People Officer and be part of a fast growing global HR team. This person should have outstanding people skills, be passionate about driving other people's success and  demonstrate strategic ability to align people's strategies and programs to real business needs. 

How will  your day to day as an VP, HR will look like:

  • Drive a robust HR agenda and leadership for the Global GTM organization 
  • Oversee the Americas from an HR perspective, driving policies and employee services with internal equity in-mind 
  • Own, Partner, and Collaborate with the GTM C-Level and leadership on growth strategy for the GTM Organization and provide guidance and input on decisions to help execute on them.
  • Manage and guide a team of HR business partners globally and provide leadership to all other HR disciplines like Talent Acquisition, OD, Comp and Ben etc.. 
  • Provides guidance and input on business’s unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and  lead change management processes.
  • Support managers at all levels, ensure high quality management at all managerial levels across their respective organization
  • Own workforce planning and HC management working with the business, operations and finance.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide executive coaching to Department leaders, including HR for the Americas and Global GTM, offering feedback and advice on employee and organizational issues.


What will I bring to the team?:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 4+ years of HR Management experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations for the Americas
  • Hands-on experience in building People and Talent programs within a fast-growing company, including Talent Acquisition, performance management, compensation and employee development
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • M&A Experience is a plus
