We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our high-impact RevOps team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our GTM. In this role, you will make a direct impact on our business performance, managing key performance indicators and executing strategic analysis for our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of GTM Revenue analysis, from building dashboards & writing SQL queries to analyzing the strategic elements of the business and ensuring actionable recommendations for key stakeholders. 

    • Monitor and report on revenue KPIs, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to enhance performance.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analysis using BI tools, CRM systems and Google Sheets to track and optimize operational processes and overall business performance.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by consistently validating and updating datasets, while actively contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure. 
    • Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis inspired by our vision & strategy for the business.
    • Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various databases.
    • Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize and automate data extraction processes.
    • Provide Ad hoc analysis support for ongoing business needs.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  1. 3-5 years of experience as a Business / Revenue Analyst in a SaaS company
  2. B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
  3. High proficiency level of SQL - MUST.
  4. Experience creating dashboards using tools like Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar. - MUST.
  5. English - fluent - MUST.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Experience in creating methods for monitoring the business and working with statistical models - advantage.
  8. Curious, proactive, ambitious, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success, team player.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  10. Experience working closely with GTM teams - advantage
