We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. 

Why is this role so important at Similarweb?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-impact RevOps team, specializing in Rep performance tracking, Headcount planning and commission analysis . In this role, you will make a direct impact on our business performance, managing key performance indicators and executing strategic analysis for our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analyses focused on Rep performance and HC planning using BI tools, CRM systems, and Google Sheets to track and optimize operational processes and overall business performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Rep performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Lead the design and strategy of commission plans to drive behaviors and align focus with business goals.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by consistently validating and updating datasets, while actively contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure.
  • Manage HC planning processes to optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Conducting market research and benchmark optimal planning processes

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/Rev/Finance/HR  Analyst in a SaaS company, with a focus on Rep performance tracking, commission analysis and HC planning.
  • BA/B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Economics, Management or equivalent.
  • High proficiency in Excel/ Google sheets is a must.
  • Experience creating dashboards using tools like Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar is a must.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, Curious, proactive, ambitious, and enjoys solving complex problems with a strong team player mentality.
