We’re looking for a Client Success Analyst dedicated to supporting our Enterprise Consulting and Independent Agency clients. This role will report to the Client Success Team Manager. 

 

Why is this role so important at Similarweb?

We’re hiring a Client Success Analyst to work with our account management team dedicated to consultancies and independent advertising agencies in order to demonstrate the full value of our solution. 

It’s a full cycle role that includes the following motions: 

1) Client training/onboarding on how to use the product and address their use cases.  

2) Provide ongoing consultative and advising services to our users to address the needs of their clients

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Client Services team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Onboarding and training new clients on the best ways to use Similarweb in their day-to-day workflows based on Similarweb’s value proposition  
  • Developing and optimizing training plans for consultancy and agency clients 
  • Meeting with key stakeholders and users to advise on how best to leverage the value of Similarweb to meet their clients’ business needs 
  • Analyzing data to identify both strategic and tactical opportunities for their clients (decks, insight emails, etc.) to promote strong account health and client satisfaction 
  • Create compelling stories that resonate with consultancies and agencies and present them in a clear and concise way for them to use 
  • Proactively seek ways to identify customer pain points and address them accordingly 
  • Developing account strategy and planning with the Similarweb account manager to better serve the needs of your clients while identifying growth opportunities e.g. upsell, expansion, etc. 
  • Feedback loop into Solutions (Similarweb’s strategy arm) on product, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and more.  
  • Flagging if specific work is reusable to the business to turn into white papers, blog posts, etc. by our Solutions team.  

 

This is the perfect job for someone who has/is:

  • 3+ years of experience working at an advertising agency or consultancies
  • Strong understanding of how agencies engage with their clients, engagement lifecycles and timelines
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in economics, marketing, business strategy or a similar field) 
  • Strong understanding of key digital web metrics and the various online marketing channels   
  • Client facing experience 
  • Excellent communication and insights-based presentation skills 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly digest a problem and identify a solution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company 
  • Strong relationship building skills – ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment 
  • Self-motivated by results and driven toward excellence in everything you do

About the team

Working as part of the Client Services team, you will act as an internal ‘Center of Excellence’ and provide instrumental support to our clients and our commercial team counterparts.
