We’re seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods!
As a member of our Human Resources team, you’ll ensure outstanding support of our growing and global 500-person organization. Your prior administrative successes will help you contribute to a broad range of initiatives dedicated to the continued development and support of a passionately mission-centric culture.

What you’ll do:
Manage complex calendars, which includes scheduling new hire orientations and talks, management trainings, open enrollments, and board meetings
Provide administrative support to the HR team in various functions such as HR events, maintanence of employee data in our HRIS, our mentorship program, and our Learning Management System
Partner with colleagues in Finance, IT, and Strategic Growth on new-hire and exit processes
Create slide decks for HR presentations, including for the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee
Participate actively in supporting our culture and company mission
What you’ll need:
Experience working in a Human Resources department
Scheduling, organization, and general administrative background
Familiarity with the following systems is a plus but not required: Ultipro, Engage, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Google Suite
