We’re seeking a Human Resources Administrative Apprentice to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods!

As a member of our HR team, you’ll assume responsibility for various administrative tasks with the support of a collaborative team that aims to make a positive impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, dispatch, and track employment contracts
  • Carry out and document the EU ID check 
  • Maintenance of personnel files, leave sheets, and compliance documentation (i.e., French telework assessment, questionnaires, etc.)
  • Support the Strategic Growth team in arranging job interviews and interview days
  • Prepare and lead Occupational Health meetings
  • Create analyses and presentations
  • Maintain of internal websites (mainly Confluence)
  • Lend administrative support for various HR projects (moves to Box folder, learning and development initiatives, time sheets, etc.)

What you should have:

  • An intermediate school-leaving certificate and excellent grades (you must be of legal working age)
