Job Overview 

We are looking for an energetic and potential Project Manager who will be responsible for defining and monitoring insurance core system development and project delivery. At this role, you will work closely with product managers and software development team.

Responsibilities

  • Daily interaction and collaborate with product and development teams to manage scrum and project expectations. 
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about adjustments and progress. 
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field 
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Project Management or Agile Software Development Methodologies.  
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful 
  • Able to work in extremely fast-paced product-led environment and adapt to changing priorities and demand.  
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Jira.  
  • Candid and be able to give hard feedback with empathy and respect.
