Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead and manage Cymetrics' global partnership programs, optimizing partner success through comprehensive support and guidance.
- Design and execute partner recruitment strategies in line with our global vision, facilitating market entry plans tailored to the cybersecurity sector.
- Explore and capitalize on expansion opportunities, developing bespoke outreach and partnership conversion strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives in IT/SI/Consulting firms, aiding their entry into the cybersecurity domain using Cymetrics solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Cymetrics solutions, encompassing strategic planning, budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Efficiently resolve escalated client issues through coordinated cross-functional collaboration.
- Initiate customer-focused programs to enhance product adoption and overall experience.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through strategic upselling and identification of new sales opportunities.
- Influence product adoption and customer satisfaction to enhance long-term relationship value.
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategies, inform product planning, and seize emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in cybersecurity services, including roles in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, code review, and security operations.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a partner-facing role, with a focus on team leadership, sales expansion, and technology adoption.
- Strong aptitude for exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- A curious and analytical mindset, ideally suited for fast-paced startup environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese as a plus.
