Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Part-time Claims Assistant who support in processing insurance claims.

What you will be doing:
- Handling claims enquiry and complaints
- Data input for a new submission claim
- Liaising with medical professionals and customers to conduct assessment and investigation
- Contacting customers to follow up outstanding issues
- Supporting project and business initiatives as assigned by superior
What we are looking for:
- Fresh graduates are welcome! At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Claims / insurance will be a plus!
- Knowledge in medical insurance is a plus!
- Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust
- Good communicate and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel), Chinese word processing is necessary.
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player
- Willingness and ability to operate in a team environment
