Job Overview

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join us at OneDegree Global, the B2B insurance technology arm of OneDegree. In this role, you will be a core member in expanding IXT’s presence in Korea. You will be primarily responsible in ensuring that our clients understand the full value of OneDegree Global and will be the face of the brand IXT & Cymetrics in Korea.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with key stakeholders internally to formulate the go-to-market business development strategy, including marketing activities and co-selling with local partners
  • Research and prospect potential partners including insurers, digital ecosystems and insurance agents/brokers that will appreciate the IXT & Cymetrics solutions
  • Be the representative of OneDegree Global in Korea and executive marketing activities, in order to forge strong connections with industry networks to continuously grow the IXT & Cymetrics brand across Korea and ensure engagement opportunities
  • Identify expansion opportunities, develop effective, customer-specific outreach strategies, and assist in converting those opportunities
  • Lead the sales process and continuous efforts to support, grow and retain our clients
  • Manage a strong pipeline with clear and accurate business forecasts
  • Be a partner and trusted advisor to senior executives at insurance organizations to accelerate digital transformation
  • Work closely with marketing and product team to align on strategy, product planning and new opportunities

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role or in a business development capacity in the B2B software industry and/or high-growth startups
  • Experience with driving new solutions sales, driving technology adoption and building industry best practices
  • Excellent customer success skills with a knack for developing strong relationships with partners; strong network contacts will be a huge advantage
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work under fast-paced startup environment
  • Attention to detail, with a strong commitment and desire for high standards of work
  • Ability to seamlessly work with remote teams, including internal and external partners
  • Self-motivated, looking for a challenge and excited to make a difference
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
