THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Program Management Sr. Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team in São Paulo!
In this role, you will be a key member of the Program Management team, which is responsible for building processes and providing program management support for our marketing teams. You will be expected to work with the Branding team in addition to support cross functionally across Marketing orgs to help prioritize projects. You will be pushing for operational excellence and equipping teams with the tools they need to maximize branding project performance while executing on time and efficiently.
YOUR IMPACT
- Support stakeholders across multiple orgs in the planning and execution of marketing projects.
- Implement scalable, repeatable processes and tooling that help us prioritize, plan and manage creative projects across the team and our stakeholders.
- Help scale and optimize cross functional processes related to branding projects.
- Create and own project timelines and ensure that all project members adhere to the timeline.
- Partner with the responsible stakeholder and hold project team members accountable on their deliverables and responsibilities.
- Equip marketing orgs with tools that allow them to work autonomously and enable them to meet their OKRs and drive overall results.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs.
- Promote a sense of transparency, visibility, and community among our team and stakeholders.
- Establish the standard ways of working through work management tools and communicate process changes effectively across marketing orgs.
WHO YOU ARE
- Prior experience working in Asana or other work management tools.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering successful projects and programs through effective planning, execution and management, with demonstrated experience in both program and project management
- You are able to take initiative and communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across multiple orgs.
- Knowledge about project management methodologies (waterfall, scrum, kanban, PMM)
- You have a deep understanding of how to support the planning and execution of a marketing project.
- You are able to juggle multiple projects and timelines at once.
- Your prior experience in marketing allows you to think strategically, identifying opportunities to leverage and optimize tools and platforms as you work towards the best possible outcome across all marketing orgs.
- Organization and process building are second nature to you.
- You are experienced in coming up with creative solutions when a project hits a challenge or roadblock.
- Prior experience in B2B is a plus.
- Fluent in English
