DRW is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruitment processes. You will be responsible for both university and experienced hire recruiting across our offices in Asia.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process for Experienced and University hiring initiatives. This includes drafting and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, managing interview processes, structuring and extending offers of employment and negotiating terms
  • Partner with University Recruiting Lead to set and align strategies for each University recruiting season
  • Organize events and represent DRW on campus to ensure that we are constantly marketing opportunities in a robust and effective manner
  • Manage the planning and execution of Singapore’s internship program
  • Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent specifically for Trading, Quantitative Research & Technology
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements; track candidates in applicant tracking system; provide hiring metrics/reports as needed
  • Lead all aspects of coordinating interviews and manage on-boarding processes including orientation and benefit enrollment
  • Field employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, and other HR related inquiries
  • Provide immigration support to candidates and employees for filing of employment/dependent passes and permanent resident applications

  • Have 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry
  • Have excellent organization skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Have a strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong customer support orientation
  • Are a tenacious problems solver who can effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Take a flexible approach and are willing to constantly adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
  • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web-based systems (previous ATS experience a plus)
  • Must have strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
