What you’ll be working on:
- Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to design, build and maintain technologies supporting global trading infrastructure.
- Build strong, high-trust relationships with the different development teams and stakeholders.
- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into concise, prioritized epics and actionable tasks for developers.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to define and document the long term vision, strategy and design of applications.
- Gather and facilitate updates to stakeholders pertaining to status, risks/issues, and schedule of deliverables.
- Create streamlined communications, recurring meetings and comprehensive integrated project plans.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the objectives of projects are being met.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Partner with development teams to coordinate software, hardware, and application releases, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders, generating reports and suggesting improvements.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and longer-term planning exercises.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience leading development teams ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.
- Previous experiences as software developer required.
- Experience creating documents/diagrams/roadmaps that showcase the architecture and implementation of solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in taking initiative and achieving results in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, documentation, and knowledge management skills.
- Actively promote documentation and knowledge diffusion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess deep curiosity, self-motivation, and passion for technology.
- Relevant certification(s) considered a strong asset (e.g. Certified/Professional Scrum Master, SAFE, PMP).
- Experience with tools such as GitHub, Wrike, and ServiceNow.
