SUMMARY

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join the existing team to create qualified opportunities for the all lines of business and sell additional modules. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to commence a career in sales.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate opportunities across all products to our main customer base
  • Sell small additional modules to main customer base to increase revenue
  • Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote products and services
  • Answer customer queries through to resolution and follow up
  • Clean and update customer and prospect data

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
  • Knowledge of banking, financial services or accounting markets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
