Role: Marketing Programs Manager

As a Marketing Programs Manager, your mission is to fuel our revenue engine by developing, coordinating, executing, and tracking effective outbound campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth and awareness of our North America Banking and Legal Spend Management solutions.

The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for designing and implementing marketing programs that create new pipeline opportunities in target accounts and/or accelerate opportunities already in progress. This role works closely with revenue marketing, sales, customer success and digital marketing teams to design programs that help us meet our shared goals around revenue, pipeline, and account penetration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly analytical, resourceful and team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. It’s essential to have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and changing business environment.

What will make you successful:

· 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B Marketing Program Management experience within enterprise software/SaaS.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or comparable education/experience.

· Positive and all-in attitude that enhances our “with and for each other” culture.

· Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.

· High level of attention to detail is essential; must be metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills and organization.

· A passion for building stories out of complex data sets.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

How you will contribute:

· Execute, optimize and measure 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments.

· Maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named accounts & contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.

· Work with revenue marketing to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts.

· Partner with digital marketing, content, and business development teams to deploy ABM playbooks and sequences that utilize outbound prospecting, custom events and webinars, digital marketing, and other channels and techniques to reach and engage key personas at target accounts.

· Track ongoing results and leverage that intelligence to help the revenue marketing team optimize marketing messages, CTAs, and delivery methods based on learnings.

· Collaborate with revenue marketing to continually optimize value propositions and positioning of campaigns.

· Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.

· Partner closely with the revenue marketing team to help develop communications and program milestones for regular updates at the executive level.

Role-Specific Skills:

· Track record of success developing integrated ABM & traditional demand generation campaigns and executing programs to achieve sales goals.

· Strong knowledge and direct experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo) with demonstrated ability to execute and manage the entire scope of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, A/B tests, email nurtures, landing page development and optimization, and reporting campaign metrics.

· Experience with marketing and project management technologies. (i.e. Drift, Airtable, PowerBI, etc).

· Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and demonstrated ability to report and make decisions based on web analytics, ad performance, and email performance data.

· Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns with multiple teams simultaneously all while having a keen attention to details.

· Flexibility to work in a rapidly growing and changing environment.

· Must be high energy, passionate and always seek ways to raise the bar in all you do.

· Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.

· Familiarity with complex sales cycles and how to employ marketing communication strategies to engage and nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth across all levels of influencers and decision-makers.

· Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to engage and nurture highly qualified leads.

· Ability to articulate and present plan strategies, objectives, results, challenges and course corrections at the executive level both inside marketing and to business stakeholders.
