We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations - International to innovate, win and grow with us!

 

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will understand Bottomline’s international markets and customers and know what it takes to provide world-class sales support. You will partner with the international sales leaders to ensure a seamless, predictable, scalable, and measurable customer buying process across all our markets and products.

You will play a key part in driving go-to-market planning and performance management by executing the sales strategy for the international Bank and Corporate sales teams. You will work closely with the broader revenue operations team and sales leadership to lead the sales planning, manage the sales operations, and measure business impact. You will implement and manage KPIs, deliver analysis and business insights, and facilitate actions and programs related to sales and pipeline trends, capacity and productivity planning, pipeline and forecast trends, and performance management. You demonstrate value by contributing to the growth of Bottomline’s international sales and revenues.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Partner with the sales leaders of the international Corporates and Banks go-to-market teams to define and implement growth strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership, revenue operations, and finance on the annual go-to-market plans including territory design, capacity planning, bookings, quota, and compensation, and monitor for effectiveness.
  • Define operational KPIs and metrics and work with revenue operations and sales leadership to implement within the business.
  • Act as the international leader for the revenue operations function and team – work cross-functionally to both represent the local sales teams’ requirements for commercial operations and enablement and hold them accountable to global standards and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with other functions including marketing, finance, legal, enterprise business applications, etc. including being the international deal desk lead for revenue operations.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly business measurement through reports, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Partner with sales enablement to assess, design, and implement sales onboarding and training solutions that improve the effectiveness of sales.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence the behavior of sales personnel and management.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial style and strong ability to work without direction.
  • In-depth understanding of internal business processes and systems and operational and sales goals.
  • Strong strategic and operational experience working with sales data and systems including Salesforce.com and PowerBI.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional teams and achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Track record of success leading global business programs.
  • Ability to lead and partner indirectly in a cross-functional, matrixed, and remote team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years successful experience in a sales, sales or revenue operations, and/or finance role, preferably within a global technology company.
  • Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant field.
