Bloomreach is growing its digital agency/SI partner ecosystem across Europe to successfully sell and implement its leading Commerce Experience Cloud. Bloomreach also acquired Exponea, a leading Customer Data and Marketing Automation Cloud. We are seeking a proven Channel Partner Manager to help manage & build our digital agency/SI partner ecosystem and key technology partners in the DACH region.

Location: Germany (Remote)


  • Manage digital agency/SI partners in region
  • Collaborate with partners on outbound campaigns to build pipeline
  • Drive partner sourced opportunities for Bloomreach
  • Engage key technology partners and Marketing Agencies in region to drive pipeline
  • Work closely with Bloomreach sales, marketing, product and services teams to maximize revenue for Bloomreach
  • Provide regular and accurate updates on partner sourced account opportunities
  • Recruit leading DXP digital agency/SI partners to build Bloomreach practices
  • Qualify inbound partner requests in region
  • Qualify inbound end customer prospect requests outside of four key commerce verticals (retail, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing) in region and engage partners

The Ideal candidate

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of managing digital agency/SI and technology partner relationships for a commerce or marketing software company
  • Experience working with top digital agency/SIs selling commerce and marketing solutions to enterprise accounts
  • Experience co-selling with digital agency/SI partners in enterprise accounts
  • Able to consistently generate incremental pipeline through partners
  • Strong consultative selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, marketing, product, and services teams
  • Self-starter with a high energy level and proven track record of over-achievement
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience using sales CRM automation tools
