We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer (Support) for Bloomreach! We are building a dedicated team for our  Bloomreach Search and Merchandising product. Bloomreach Discovery is part of the Bloomreach Experience platform which offers a set of algorithms and advanced merchandising tools to enable businesses to optimize each visitor’s search, browse, and landing page experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and handling incoming customer/partner issues within SLA
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams like operations and engineering to Invent and simplify tools and processes for quicker issue resolution.
  • Possesses strong business acumen and possesses “customer first” attitude by recognizing customer-specific needs and making recommendations
  • Analyze trends and patterns in case and customer feedback on an ongoing basis to address customer pain points proactively
  • Collaborates with engineering and product teams to drive issue resolution
  • Communicate complex technical issues via email and through tickets with ease
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

You have these qualities and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science /B-Tech / MCA
  • Relevant Customer-facing experience of 3-5  years in advanced technical support positions (Web based products or e-commerce preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL & Oracle
  • Knowledge of RESTful Web Services API. regex
  • Knowledge of Java / Common Java libraries
  • Knowledge of Linux & Scripting Skills (Javascript, Python etc)
  • Experience in Web services / Web technologies
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems.
  • Team player with a can-do mentality and strong communication skills.
  • You are humble, open-minded, eager to grow with others, and focus on “we” instead of “I”
  • You have a passion for your craft and a keen interest in understanding how things work
  • We work in Rotational shifts, including Weekends. Candidates should be open to working in a 24x7 environment.

Your success story will be: 

  • In 30 days, you will be exposed to the various processes relevant to the Discovery 
  • In 60 days you will be immersed with deep dive sessions for various segments in Discovery
  • In 90 days you should have grasp of Delivery , Dashboard,Connect,Analytics and other areas such as R & P’s
