Become a Business Systems Analyst in our Finance Department for Bloomreach! In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance communication efficiency and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve our business goals.
 
What challenges awaits you?
As Business Systems Analyst you will be an integral part of designing and building out Bloomreach’ Accounting & Finance systems landscape. You’ll be joining a fast growing team so will have a broad purview over the different Accounting functions, and will have a specific focus on the corporate accounting, procurement, tax, and payroll workstreams. You will be working with NetSuite, completing complex configuration, and experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, HRIS and procurement systems on a daily basis.
 
Your job will be to:
  • Work closely with Finance & Accounting  teams to manage the Netsuite platform and all downstream systems.
  • Configure fields, forms, workflows, reports and saved searches, integrations, and other complex configuration in Netsuite.
  • Create and maintain user accounts and roles, and complete access changes, ensuring that all required approvals are captured and documented.
  • Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests to support internal teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable
  • Provide audit support for compliance operations including generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks
  • Complete testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases.
  • Create systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts and training materials.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed

You have the following experience and qualities:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a NetSuite System Administrator, ideally with NetSuite ARM modules in use.
  • Experience supporting ancillary Accounting systems (Concur, FloQast, FISPAN, Brex, Zip, etc.)
  • Experience with SuiteScript, APEX, Javascript, HTML, CSS preferred.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns including SOAP, REST, GraphQL, XML, JSON, SQL preferred.
  • Experience completing complex configuration and optimization projects including building and enhancing workflows, managing integrations, and completing complex reporting
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Recognition, Record to Report etc
Nice to have:
  • NetSuite certification
  • Experience working with 3rd party development teams
  • Experience with iPaas platforms and CPQ is a plus
  • Experience with compliance frameworks, including SOX
